3. The Ordering and Quote Process

5. Payment Terms

6. Shipping and Delivery

All orders are fulfilled through our Fully Insured Secure White-Glove shipping service. Your order will be packaged securely, insured for its full declared value, and delivered directly to your specified address anywhere in the world through a documented chain of custody.

Delivery timelines are agreed upon during the negotiation process and confirmed in your order confirmation. We will not commit to timelines we cannot meet, and we will communicate proactively if any circumstances arise that could affect your delivery schedule.

Title and risk in the goods pass to you upon delivery and confirmation of receipt at your specified delivery address. Until that point, Sky Digital Minerals AI retains responsibility for the goods in transit, backed by our full insurance coverage.

You are responsible for ensuring that the importation of the materials you have ordered is legal in your country and that you have obtained any required import permits or licenses prior to shipment.
